The monthly price will have two parts: a base fee for the property and a fee for each room. We take no percentage of your bookings, and channels are included. You pay month to month with no annual contract, and you can cancel from the app yourself. The first month is free and needs no card; the second is 30% off.

Setting up the hotel: you do it yourself, at no charge.

You pay these to others, not to us

You would have these costs with any hotel system. We list them up front.

Fiscal printer: If you do not have one. We do not sell hardware: the receipt program will work with your printer.
Commission to Booking.com and other channels: You pay it to the channel, as you do now. We take no share of it.
Bank or card-processor fees: For card payments, under your own contract with them.
The certificate for the ESTI connection: It is issued in the hotel's name. We are finding out whether the issuer charges for it, and how much; we will add the figure here.

You start with a free month

The first month is free and needs no card.
The second month is 30% off.
Billing starts only after you confirm that you want to continue. If you do not confirm, nothing is charged.

How we count rooms

We count every room or apartment that you sell as a separate unit.
A room that is out of order for the whole month, for example during a renovation, is not counted.
Adding rooms interrupts nothing. The new price applies from the next month.
Prices are in euro, excluding VAT. VAT at 20% is added on the invoice.

A closed month costs less

A calendar month without a single guest night is billed as a closed month, at a separate, lower amount. The system detects it from the nights on the calendar; you do not have to ask.

There is no minimum period. If you open for even one weekend, the month is billed as normal. Sales for the next season carry on through the closed months.

What hotels ask us about the price

Do the prices include VAT?

Prices will be shown without VAT, with the amount including VAT at 20% beside each one. Invoices are in euro.

Is there a contract or a minimum term?

You pay month to month. There is no annual contract and no exit fee.

How do I cancel, and when does billing stop?

From the app, with written confirmation straight away; that part is coming soon. Once you ask to cancel, we issue no further invoices.

What happens to my data after I cancel?

It stays yours. You will be able to download it at any time, and for at least 30 days after cancelling, free of charge. The full export is coming soon.

The hotel closes for the winter. Do I pay for those months?

A month without a single guest night is a closed month and costs less. The system detects it; you do not need to tell us.

Can I change the number of rooms?

Yes, at any time. Adding rooms interrupts nothing, and the new price applies from the next month.

How do I pay?

Monthly, against an invoice in euro. We will list the payment methods here before billing starts.

Do I have to use your payment provider?

No. You can take payments through any provider you like, with no fee and no penalty from us.
