Checks the UIC and lists all 265 municipalities

The UIC (ЕИК, the Bulgarian company number) is checked against its check digit as soon as you leave the field. You pick the municipality from a list of all 265, by its code, because names repeat: Bulgaria has two municipalities called Byala.

Fills in the tourist tax from the municipal ordinance

If the municipality is in our table, the rate fills itself in, with the ordinance it comes from. So far Sapareva Banya, Sofia (Stolichna) and Bansko are verified; for the others you enter the rate and the year.

In the same step you choose whether the tax is charged on top of the price or included in it. You can change that later in the hotel settings.

Numbers the rooms for you

Rooms are added by type: 12 doubles become 101–112. In step 4 each type gets a base price per night, and seasons change it for their own dates.

Example: A 3-star hotel in Sapareva Banya with 20 rooms. In step 2 you choose the municipality and the category, and the tax comes out at €0.46 per guest per night. In step 3 you enter 12 doubles, 6 studios and 2 apartments, and you get rooms 101–112, 201–206 and 301–302.

What it does not do (yet)

It is not for private individuals: sign-up requires a UIC.
It does not import rooms and bookings from another system or from Excel.
It does not look the company up in the Commercial Register; it only checks the UIC's check digit.

Included in the monthly price, at no extra cost

One monthly price: a base fee for the property and a fee for each room. There are no tiers and no add-on modules: every part that starts working joins the same price. We will publish prices at launch.

Can a guest house without a company sign up?

Not for now: sign-up is for companies only and requires a UIC.

What about ESTI and the fiscal printer during setup?

The last step shows them as “soon”. You will switch them on in the settings once they are ready.
