ESTI submission soon
Guest details are already entered at check-in. Sending them to ESTI (ЕСТИ), Bulgaria's Unified Tourist Information System, through RegiX is coming soon.

This part does not work yet, so this is a drawing, not a screen.
Already records the guest details at check-in
The “Check in” form has the register's fields: names, EGN or LNCh, sex, date of birth, the document's type, number and issuing country, and the issue date. The issue date has been mandatory since 1 October 2025.
Will submit at check-in, on every change and on cancellation soon
The connection will run system to system with ESTI through RegiX, the Bulgarian state's data-exchange platform, to the Ministry of Tourism's specification. Guests will be registered the moment they check in, and changes and cancellations sent the moment you make them at the desk, with no CSV file at the end of the night.
Today the booking panel says that submission is coming soon, and nothing more.
Example: 22:40, and the guest in room 204 moves to 206 because of the noise. You move the booking, the system sends the change to ESTI, and the panel shows “ESTI: submitted ✓” with the time. That is how it will work once the connection is ready; today the change is saved on the calendar only.
Will help with the certificate in the hotel's name soon
The connection needs a certificate and an identifier issued in the hotelier's name. We will help with the paperwork. The fallback is the official CSV file.
What it does not do (yet)
- It does not submit anything to ESTI today. The details are entered but not sent, and the panel says exactly that.
- It does not keep guest data after the browser tab is closed: saving to the server comes together with submission.
- It does not read documents with a scanner or from a photo.
What the law says
| Law | Article | What the system does | Status | Checked |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| ESTITourism Act (Закон за туризма) | Tourism Act, Art. 116(5) (lex.bg, new tab)Which details of each guest go into the register of accommodated guests. | At check-in, records each guest's details from their ID document and validates the EGN or LNCh. For now they are kept only while the browser tab stays open. | ✓ works | 18 Oct 2026 |
| ESTITourism Act (Закон за туризма) | Tourism Act, Art. 116(6), item 2; Art. 213(5) and (6) (lex.bg, new tab)A register kept in software must exchange data with ESTI automatically. Fines: BGN 1,000, or BGN 5,000 for a company, doubled for a repeat offence. | Will submit to ESTI through RegiX at check-in, on every change and on cancellation. | soon | 19 Oct 2026 |
We read each article on lex.bg on the date in the last column. The law states its amounts in leva (BGN); the euro figures use the fixed rate of 1.95583. This is not legal advice.
Included in the monthly price, at no extra cost
One monthly price: a base fee for the property and a fee for each room. There are no tiers and no add-on modules: every part that starts working joins the same price. We will publish prices at launch.
Short answers
Why not upload a CSV file at the end of the day?
The law requires the register to be kept without delay and, when it is kept in software, the exchange with ESTI to be automated (Tourism Act, Art. 116(1) and (6), item 2). Uploading a file by hand is a grey area, so we are building a system-to-system connection.
Whose name is the connection in?
The hotel's. The obligation is the hotel's, so the certificate and the identifier are issued in the hotelier's name.
